PINGGAN
Terdapat dua teknik
untuk mengangkat pinggan
Teknik pertama
i. Kedudukan
jari telunjuk dan jari tengah berada di bawah pinggan
ii. Ibu
jari berada di atas pinggan, manakala jari kelengkeng dan jari manis berada
diluar pinggan
iii. Pinggan
kedua diletakkan di atas jari manis, jari kelengkeng dan ibu jari.
Teknik kedua
i. Kedudukan
jari telunjuk, jari tengah dan jari manis di bawah pinggan.
ii. Ibu
jari dan jari kelengkeng berada di tepi luar pinggan
iii. Pinggan
kedua diletakkan di atas pergelangan tangan, di ibu jari dan di jari kelengkeng
